Consent to the processing of personal data

This consent is given under the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and supplements our privacy policy.

1. What you consent to

By creating an account and using strannik.online, you consent to the processing of your personal data for:

• creating and managing your personal space;
• running tests and keeping their history and results;
• producing informational recommendations from these results;
• where applicable, support by the practitioner who invited you, who accesses the data needed for that support.

2. Separate and optional consents

• sending email reminders and messages: only if you consent;
• sharing your results with a practitioner: only with your agreement.

These consents are independent: you may accept or refuse them separately, without losing access to the essential features of the service.

3. Data concerned

Identity and contact details, date of birth and sex where provided, account data, test history and results, recommendations, consents, and technical data, as detailed in the privacy policy.

4. Nature of the results

The results are informational and constitute neither a medical diagnosis, a prescription, nor a substitute for a consultation with a healthcare professional.

5. Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Withdrawal is done from your personal space or by writing to contact@strannik.online.

6. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for example the CNIL in France). See the privacy policy for details.
