Consent to practitioner access to test results

This consent is freely given, specific, and may be withdrawn at any time, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679).

By registering on strannik.online at the invitation of a practitioner, I consent to my account being linked to the practitioner who invited me, and to that practitioner being able to view the information needed for my support.

1. Information the practitioner can view

• last name and first name;
• contact details needed for support;
• the fact of registration by invitation;
• the progress of your steps in the service;
• test history;
• test results;
• recommendations derived from the results;
• the content and access assigned to you.

2. Purpose of access

This access is intended for support: helping you understand the results, choosing the next steps, and organising work with the service's content.

3. Limitations

The practitioner undertakes to use this information only for your support and may not pass it on to third parties without a legal basis or your separate consent.

4. Informational nature of the results

I understand that the results and recommendations are informational. They do not constitute a medical diagnosis, a prescription, or a substitute for a consultation with a healthcare professional.

5. Withdrawal of consent

I may withdraw this consent at any time by writing to contact@strannik.online. After withdrawal, the practitioner's access to my results may be discontinued, unless further processing remains necessary under a legal obligation or for the performance of obligations.
